Makes two halves, serves one person. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Ingredients
Aluminum foil
Toaster oven
Thomas' English Muffin
Pizza Sauce
A slice of cheese, or shredded cheese - pick your favorites

Method
Fork split english muffin in half
Toast english muffin
Line toaster oven tray with foil and put toasted muffin on tray
Cover with cheese
Put about a tablespoon of sauce on each half of muffin
Bake in toaster oven for 3 or 4 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble
Serve
Enjoy the snack!
