Preparation time: About 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 pound of Fresh Salmon
Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
A Pinch of Salt
Method
heat cast iron skillet
cut filet into serving sizes, about 1/3 to 1/2 pound
coat filets with seasoning and salt to taste
when pan is hot put filets in with skin side down
cook 4 minutes on each side
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or veggies of your choice
